Scientists Like Drosten Should Take a Long, Hard Look in the Mirror Before Accusing Others of "Disinformation"

Christian Drosten, a German virologist who played a central role in the development of the Covid PCR test, co-authored the Lancet letter condemning as “conspiracy theories” Covid lab origins claims, and served as lead expert advisor in Germany’s Covid response, recently offered his personal reflections on the challenges of “disinformation” during a pandemic response. He was speaking at the World Health Summit held in Berlin on October 15-17 2023.

I have no reason to doubt that Dr Drosten is an accomplished virologist. Nevertheless, his reflections on the blight of “disinformation” unveil a man who is profoundly ignorant about the nature of human and scientific knowledge, and seemingly incapable of drawing obvious lessons from the breathtaking failures of “The Science” during the pandemic.
